Carrier Development Pathway

A practical guide for developing someone who can protect the heart of the work, adapt it faithfully and form others.

A free, ungated resource · Take what serves you · Leave the rest

3

Adapt

Respond faithfully in a new context.

4

Form

Teach, correct and develop another person.

The present permission is—and the next evidence required is:

Let them develop another person.

What I will observe without taking over:

Use this guide as a working conversation, not a document to complete and forget. Return to it after practice has revealed what is actually strong, unclear or dependent.
