Living Process Guide
A practical worksheet for documenting one recurring process without reducing the work to lifeless instructions.
Good documentation does more than record steps. It explains purpose, clarifies judgement, names responsibility and improves through use. Begin with one process that people repeatedly ask you to explain or that becomes confused when you are absent.
Structure serves people when it makes care, clarity and responsibility dependable.
