Influence at work is neither silence nor religious performance. It begins by noticing what is near enough for you to serve, strengthen or challenge faithfully through competence, relationships, decisions and well-timed words.
You do not need control of the whole system to practise faithfulness within your reach.

- Words: speak truth, encouragement or faith naturally and appropriately.
- Restraint: refuse performance, manipulation or speech that ignores context.
