One-Life Integration Review

A Christian reflection for aligning faith, work, relationships, rest and identity into one honest life.

A free, ungated resource · Take what serves you · Leave the rest

Integration does not mean giving everything equal time or turning every conversation into ministry. It means allowing the same convictions about identity, love, truth, limits and service to shape church, work, home and rest.

Wholeness grows when the person at work and the person at worship no longer live by different convictions.
01 · Notice the different selves

Where do you divide?

At church or in spiritual community, I tend to be:
At work or in study, I tend to be:
At home and when tired, I tend to be:
02 · Find the contradiction

What belief is not travelling?

A conviction I affirm but struggle to practise during the working week:
The pressure, fear or reward that pulls me away from it:
Who is affected by this gap:
03 · Protect what work must not consume

Identity, relationships and limits.

Identity

What remains true when performance rises or falls?

Relationships

Who must not receive only what work leaves over?

Body

What signs of strain need honest attention?

Faith

What practice keeps conviction connected to ordinary life?

One boundary or rhythm that needs protection:
04 · Practise one-life alignment

A seven-day experiment.

The contradiction I will address:

The one small behaviour that would bring greater alignment:

The cue or rhythm that will help me remember:

Person with whom I will reflect after seven days:

Continue the journey

Carry the reflection into ordinary life.

Use this guide as a conversation and a practice, not a score. Return after the next seven days and notice what became clearer through action.
