Why this matters to me
Technology should serve the work, not become the work.
My central work remains the formation of people, leaders and institutions. AI sits alongside that work as an increasingly useful capability: a way to think with greater range, reduce unnecessary effort, organise knowledge, support learning and build tools around real human needs.
I am less interested in AI as a trend than in the practical question: What becomes possible when people understand these tools well enough to use them wisely?
That means paying attention not only to what AI can do, but also to what should remain deeply human—discernment, responsibility, trust, relationship, moral judgement and the work of forming people.

Helping people examine actual workflows and identify where AI can improve research, preparation, communication, analysis, knowledge access and repetitive work while preserving human oversight.

Designing useful AI-enabled tools and knowledge systems around specific needs: companions, internal knowledge assistants, assessment and reporting workflows, learning support and other practical applications.

I am a leadership practitioner, consultant, trainer and writer. I work with people and institutions trying to carry purpose and responsibility well. My knowledge of AI expands what I can help them do; it does not replace the deeper work.
