The Work

One calling, distinct stewardships.

My work spans leadership formation, local ministry, writing and shared work with Vivian. These areas strengthen one another, but each has its own purpose, people and pace of development.

The work in practice

A few records of stewardship.

These are not claims that a programme changed everything. They are selected records of what was entrusted, what was built, what participants reported and what the work is teaching us.

Education leadershipBuea · August 2026

Moving from a teacher workshop to a continuing formation journey.

Through the inaugural Transformation Leadership Academy for Teachers, more than fifty teachers from six secondary schools entered a five-day formation experience combining sustainable leadership, teacher formation, classroom culture and practical application. Each teacher developed a Classroom Culture Plan, with the work continuing through a twelve-month formation journey.

What we are learning

Leadership formation becomes more useful when methodology, evidence, classroom practice and continuing support are designed as one journey rather than a one-off training event.

The bootcamp is the beginning of a longer walk. Classroom Culture Plans and follow-up evidence are intended to help the learning move from the training room into everyday school life.

Emerging leadersMankon · 2025

Formation before responsibility becomes costly.

Student prefects from Sacred Heart College and Our Lady of Lourdes College entered a formation experience combining core values, public speaking, inner healing, career reflection, teamwork, leadership manifestos and practical school action plans.

What we are learning

Young leaders engage deeply when personal formation, community and real responsibility are held together.

Practitioner formationBuea · June 2026

Turning a peacebuilding framework into regional practice.

Through Lead from the Heart, I helped host and shape the inaugural Houses of Trust for Peace practitioners training: three participatory days exploring trust and distrust, practical barometers, community action and project development.

What we are learning

A methodology becomes portable when people can interpret it within their own region and turn it into a locally owned project.

The programme brought together contributors connected to Centre, Littoral, South-West and North-West Cameroon. Regional projects remain ongoing work rather than completed outcomes.

Transferable leadership workAcross contexts · ongoing

Building work that does not depend on one person being in the room.

Leadership breakfasts, organisational retreats, coaching, assessments and facilitated learning have become laboratories for work that can be documented, adapted and carried by a developing delivery team.

What we are learning

The real test of a framework is not whether I can teach it well, but whether others can carry its heart with integrity.

Vivian’s expression

Healing, belonging and stronger families

Vivian is a prophetic worshipper, intercessor, inner-healing practitioner and spiritual mother. Her emerging work brings together worship, prayer, inner healing, premarital formation, marriage, parenting and the creation of healthier family structures.

Our callings are distinct but connected. I carry a particular grace for leader formation, developmental architecture and sustainable structure. Vivian carries a pastoral and mothering grace that creates safety, healing, belonging and restoration. Together, our work finds expression where leadership and family, structure and healing, calling and wholeness meet.

How the work connects

A common thread

Across organisations, ministry, writing, family formation and partnerships, the central concern remains the same: forming healthier people who can carry responsibility without losing their humanity, relationships or sense of purpose.

Formation

Helping emerging leaders build identity, character, courage and healthy foundations before unhealthy patterns become established.

Renewal

Helping experienced leaders recover rhythm, clarity and wholeness when leadership has become costly.

Healing & family

Helping people, couples and parents build healthier inner lives, relationships and family structures.

Multiplication

Writing, documenting and developing others so that good work becomes transferable and enduring.

Build the briefcase before the building: mature the work, document it well and prepare others to carry it.

A principle for the road ahead
