First formation
The first Bethel Atlanta Cameroon School of Supernatural Ministry begins in Buea, and I join the inaugural cohort.
Where formation continues: the local expression of Bethel Atlanta Africa in Buea, and the spiritual community where my family and I continue to be formed, serve and contribute.

Bethel Atlanta Cameroon is the place where Bethel Atlanta Africa first landed—and remains a living local expression of its continental calling.
Bethel Atlanta Africa was founded by Dr. Sherri Lewis to raise revivalists who bring cultural transformation across Africa through Kingdom identity, intimacy with God, worship, prophetic ministry, wholeness and purpose. The movement began in Buea in 2010 as the Bethel Atlanta Cameroon School of Supernatural Ministry and has since grown into a wider African ministry.
I first encountered Bethel Atlanta through the inaugural School of Supernatural Ministry in Cameroon in 2010. Many convictions that now shape my work—identity before performance, presence before pressure, Kingdom family and transformation from the inside out—were first planted there.
Years later, after seasons in business, ministry and leadership, my family and I reconnected with Bethel Atlanta Cameroon. It became not only a church home, but a proving ground where many of the ideas behind Lead from the Heart could be tested, refined and lived in community.
My work through Lead from the Heart helps build healthier leaders and organisations. My life within Bethel Atlanta Cameroon continues to shape the person behind that work.
A community learning to build life and ministry from intimacy with God rather than pressure or performance.
Helping people know who they are in Christ and carry purpose from security rather than striving.
Belonging, mutual care, accountability and shared life—not simply attendance at services or programmes.
Inner healing, restoration and the integration of spiritual life with relationships, family and everyday responsibility.
Worship, prayer, prophetic ministry and sensitivity to the presence and voice of God.
Forming people who can carry Kingdom values into leadership, family, work, community and public life.
I serve as one of the Supervisory Leaders within Bethel Atlanta Cameroon, contributing to leadership formation, discipleship pathways, organisational systems and the development of emerging leaders.
Vivian serves through prophetic worship, prayer, inner healing and spiritual mothering, contributing to the culture of belonging, restoration and healthy family life within the community.

We continue to be formed while helping strengthen leadership, discipleship, healing, worship, family and shared community life.
If your present need is spiritual formation, discipleship, prayer, pastoral support or Kingdom family, Bethel Atlanta Cameroon may be the most fitting doorway into this wider body of work.
Leadership formation is not only something I teach. It is something I continue to receive in community.
