My understanding of calling is rooted in the Christian conviction that our lives are received before they are achieved, and that purpose is discovered in relationship with God. You do not need to have every question settled before you begin exploring.
Some resources here are written for anyone seeking clarity. Others are explicitly Christian. Each doorway will tell you what kind of resource you are entering.
