Lead from the Heart is born — a name, three foundational laws (Love, Hope, Faith), and a conviction that African leaders deserved a different model.
Dreams to Reality published
The first book. A revised edition follows in 2026.
ALICT, and the relaunch
A programme recommended six years earlier is finally attended. LFTH relaunches as a leadership development practice.
Bethel Atlanta Cameroon
The ALICT season leads to BAC — a leadership environment that matched the message, and the laboratory where the work is tested.
The Heartbeat crystallises
Three months as Sojourner at ALICT South Africa, serving leaders from over twenty-six nations. On 3 October, in Paarl, the four rhythms take their mature form.
The work runs without the founder in the room
First full in-person retreat day delivered by the team without Silas present. A quiet milestone: the point of building people. BAASSM Online graduates its first cohort.
