One calling, many rooms
This is not one person doing many unrelated things. It is one assignment finding expression through distinct, connected stewardships — each with its own life, all carried by the same conviction.

Connected, but distinct. Each stewardship strengthens the others.

Lead from the Heart
A leadership development practice raising authentic, sustainable leaders across Africa. Founded in 2013; relaunched in 2019 after ALICT. Its methodology — the Leadership Heartbeat — moves in four rhythms: Daily Pulse, Weekly Wave, Quarterly Pivot, and an Annual Sabbath the practice is still growing into.
The work multiplies through partners — Royalty World, the Mendem Foundation, and the House of Trust for Peace and Prosperity, where LFTH provides delivery and facilitation support.

Not another project — a stewardship carrying formal organisational responsibility across four roles: Co-Supervisory Leader (Development), ADC Director, BAASSM Online School Director, and Core Training Unit Head. The journey began here, in the pioneer batch of the Bethel Atlanta School of Supernatural Ministry (2010–11).
BAASSM Online deserves its own weight: a three-semester, sixteen-course programme reaching students across Africa — its first cohort has graduated, and Cohort 2 is underway.
Ministry formation and leadership formation feed one another here. BAC is where every principle in this work is tested in real ministry life.

Books, essays and frameworks — a growing library. Writing is where the work is distilled so it can outlive the rooms it was taught in.
Shared work with Vivian
The calling is joint. Silas and Vivian Achu carry distinct gifts toward the same direction — and where the work concerns a marriage, a home, and a calling shared, they carry it together.
Carrying the same conviction into the place it matters most — the leadership of a marriage, a home, and a calling shared. Shaped for executive couples.
A shared discernment journey for couples navigating direction and calling together.
